Camila has over three years of experience in national and international arbitration, and advising companies and public entities in infrastructure projects in Colombia.
Before joining Rincón Castro Abogados, Camila worked as an associate in one of the country’s leading infrastructure firms in the arbitration and governance practice, in the dispute resolution area of one of the largest law firms in Colombia, and in the concessionaire of the first metro line of Bogotá.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Negotiated and supervised the execution of construction contracts for the first metro line in Bogotá.
- Represented a mining services company in an international commercial arbitration.
- Represented a public utility company in an international arbitration.
- Represented the Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura in an arbitration proceeding initiated after the early termination of a 4G concession contract.
- Advised the Ministry of Transportation in the update of the authorization and operation permit applicable to railway transportation.
- Represented the Instituto Nacional de Vías in an arbitration proceeding initiated over the construction of the Pumarejo bridge.
- Advised Grupo Energía Bogotá in the new corporate governance scheme of the utility in which the client is a partner together with Enel Américas.
