Pablo has more than 3 years of experience specializing in energy law and infrastructure projects in Colombia, with experience in structuring energy projects, managing regulatory matters, and contractual management of infrastructure and electric power projects. He has also advised national and international clients in social and railway infrastructure tenders. In addition, Pablo specializes in national and international arbitration in disputes related to construction and infrastructure contracts and in administrative law and public law disputes and consulting.
Prior to joining Rincón Castro Abogados, Pablo worked at a major Colombian firm in its energy and utilities team with a special emphasis on regulatory and renewable energy project financing matters.

- Represents Isagen S.A. E.S.P. in various contentious-administrative proceedings in matters related to the energy market.
- Advises Isagen S.A. E.S.P. in various regulatory matters related to the electric power generation sector.
- Advises AES Colombia S.A. E.S.P. in various matters related to the development of renewable energy generation projects.
- Advises AES Colombia S.A. E.S.P. in mining and port matters for the development of its corporate purpose.
- Represents a company in the energy sector in the presentation of public actions of unconstitutionality in matters of the energy sector.
- Advises the participation of national and foreign bidders in selection processes for contracts under the PPP modality for social infrastructure.
