Santiago is an advisor in public law matters and administrative, constitutional, and contractual litigation related to State entities, including arbitration. Santiago is currently senior associate at Rincon Castro.
Currently, he specializes in national and international arbitration related to Public-Private Partnership (PPP), projects and energy, as well as conflict resolution before domestic courts in public law matters associated to the same industries.
Before joining Rincón Castro Abogados, Santiago worked in a major Colombian firm that is specialized in public law.
