Santiago concentrates his practice on international and domestic arbitration, infrastructure projects, public law, and dispute resolution with state-owned entities. He has experience in international arbitration under ICC and ICDR rules and domestic arbitration administered under the CCB. Before joining Rincón Castro Abogados, he worked for three years in dispute resolution at one of the largest law firms in Colombia. He is an assistant professor of public procurement and public-private partnership classes.
