Victor has 2 years of experience as an advisor in project finance, and public bids and infrastructure projects with wide knowledge in public law and complex contracts. 

Víctor specializes in private and public procurement procedures, infrastructure projects, and national and international dispute resolution, both in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. 

Currently, Víctor advises and represents clients in disputes arising from public contracts, particularly in international arbitrations derived from Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and public works projects. Moreover, he has experience in public law matters, including administrative, constitutional, and contractual litigation involving State Entities.
